In het weekend kwam ik niet hoger dan 20 en 25 (wat een verschil als je geen bonen eet!)

Fiber is very important as you might have read here on SP. It helps your intestines to work properly. It gives you a full feeling.

So do a sparksearch for fiber and read about it. Do the quizzes.
