Please remember to drink enough fluids. It will clean up your system and it gives you a full feeling. Don't forget your brain doesn't know the difference between hunger and thirst and so maybe you are thirsty but you eat and that doesn't help. So a trick is to drink a glass of water or a cup of tea and wait for half an hour. If you are still hungry then eat.
The norms is 8 cups of water a day. For NL it is 1,5-2 liter of water a day.
