Had a big salad yesterday for lunch with beans and romaine lettuce, apple and cucumber. For supper we had broccoli and potatoes. Had 2 wild peaches and a banana later at night.

This morning a green smoothie with romaine lettuce, aplle and pear and 1 apple in my quinoa breakfast.

am enjoying the seasonal fruit an vegetables.
eating strawberries, cherries, coliflower.
they now taste so much better.
so my advise to you is to search on the net for a freggies calendar and it will give you an idea of when what freggies are fresh from your region or are important from whereever.

Zondag t/m donderdag twee stuks fruit en de ene dag 200 gram groente en de andere 400 gram groente.

testje gedaan. zo'n wokmix is rauw ook erg lekker, ter afwisseling van de gewone salades niet verkeerd.

If you are used to cups and servings and pounds and more please make sure you take 5 servings in total like SP suggests.

If you are from NL then just take two pieces of fruit a day and 200 grams of vegetables.

Don't be affraid to cut yourself short. The 5 servings equal the 2 pieces and 200 grams.

To keep yourself accountable you can reply to this thread and tell us what you ate of fruit.
