This is a challenge you can join at any time!!!
1. Use the food tracker to log everything you eat and drink. 5 points emoticon
2. Drink a minimum of 6 cups of water everyday. 5 points emoticon
3. Get a minimum of 10 minutes of exercise everyday. 10 points emoticon

Challenges start on Monday of each week and run until Sunday.
You can earn a total of 20 points each day
