I like the challenge of work on your home 1x/per week. I also have on the teams I lead a 10 lbs in 10 weeks challenge. I haven't done great on them, but I am starting my "diet" over with week because of some potential health issue that are causing my eye issues. How about - try one new food per week? That is what I am trying to do with my "diet", introduce something new each week.
What challenges would you like to see for the team, to start in July?
A lot of teams do the standards....drink your water, eat your freebies, walk your steps, etc. so we probably don't need to duplicate these here. For the SFH team, what would motivate you?
Some possibilities I was thinking of are...work on your home 1x per week (beyond housecleaning); recruit a member to the Team or to Sparkpeople; Huddle with the Team daily; post a before & after photo of a project you worked on in July; comment on a Team member's page or blog or give a Team member a Goodie 1x per day.
What other ideas do you have?
