Do you make an effort to turn everyday activities, like housework, into workouts?
1. All the time!
2. Only when I can't get to the gym.
3. No, I don't think it really counts.
4. I don't need to try; it already is a workout for me!
I think housework and outdoor activities like mowing, gardening & etc..are definitely workouts for me and I track them on the fitness tracker. Everyday chores like washing dishes, doing laundry, etc. I use the movement on my pedometer by counting the steps. What do you think??
