Ok - let's make this last week of May really count! Here are the mini-challenges this week...
1. Family Activity - attempt to get your family together this week & do a physical activity together...play frisbie, jump rope, go swimming together. The possibilies are endless! Having all of your family participate in your wellness can make it easier for you & also instill healthy values about exercise being fun!
2. Make *new* Sparkfriends - I challenge each of you to explore Sparkpeople & find 2 new friends that perhaps have similar/common goals on this journey. Introduce yourself, make friends! The more support you have on the site the better chance that you will have success!
3. Exercise for at least 90 minutes - Make this work for you! You can split it over 7 days if you want (like 13 mins a day!) or even just 3 days of 1/2 hr. Bonus if you do more than 90 minutes, let's see whatcha got!!
