1. Didn't get to do much of an outdoor activity b/c unfortunately it poured everyday but I think this week will be better so I'll do it this week.

2. I did make a few new sparkfriends. I challenged myself to read some new blogs. Sometimes I get stuck in a rut of just reading the same people's blogs over and over but I'm finding there is a lot of great blogs on Spark!

3. Got in 60 minutes each day so I'm definitly improving!

Update Mini Challenges

1. Activity - did a 5K with DS#1 & went on a 26 mile bike ride

2. Made 2 new friends, they actually friended me so this was easy

3. Well over 90 minutes this week!

These sound like great mini-challenges. My little girl just got a new ball and glove so maybe we can go on a walk and then come back and play catch. Hopefully it will stop raining long enough this week. Ready for some sunny weather!

Ok - let's make this last week of May really count! Here are the mini-challenges this week...

1. Family Activity - attempt to get your family together this week & do a physical activity together...play frisbie, jump rope, go swimming together. The possibilies are endless! Having all of your family participate in your wellness can make it easier for you & also instill healthy values about exercise being fun!

2. Make *new* Sparkfriends - I challenge each of you to explore Sparkpeople & find 2 new friends that perhaps have similar/common goals on this journey. Introduce yourself, make friends! The more support you have on the site the better chance that you will have success!

3. Exercise for at least 90 minutes - Make this work for you! You can split it over 7 days if you want (like 13 mins a day!) or even just 3 days of 1/2 hr. Bonus if you do more than 90 minutes, let's see whatcha got!!
