Let's get some great participation for this week's mini-wellness challenges!

1. Read 2 SparkArticles - Spark is a GREAT resource for information & learning about wellness. Knowledge is power! I challenge each of you to read at least 2 SparkArticles this week which will give you an added boost of motivation!
2. ME time - Set aside an hour this week to do something just for YOU! I know that many of us are busy with families, work, school etc. & we often put ourselves last. When we don't give ourselves a little "me" time we get overstressed which for some leads to overeating lack of exercise, etc, etc, etc! Soooooo, why not watch you fav TV program, do your nails, give yourself a facial or just curl up & read a good book without interupion!
3. Crunch Time - I know this time of the year we are all *trying* are hardest with the summer fast approaching to get bikini/bathing suit ready! On with the battle of the belly bulge! I challenge you all to do at least 300 crunches over the next 7 days. You can space them out or go for it & crunch away.
