I noticed mine was changing to. It was frustrating. I think as you change or add or do different things it makes adjustments all based on your personal info and amount of exercise you do. I had mine change when I was not making any changes either so I figured it would switch things up occasionally to confuse your body a little.

I do better if I eat higher amounts of calories a couple days a week than if I stick to the same calorie range everyday. I just seem to lose more.

Try checking out the help message boards. Someone from sparks who knows more about it all will answer your question there.

If you have the time join us in the daily team chat message board. We have a lot of great support there.

Not really... I found out that it can be related to losing faster than your goal line, but that is not my scenario.

Hi,

I have a general question about the calorie allotments that the nutrition planner gives you for each day. I've noticed that over the past couple of weeks, even though I have kept my exercise plan (in terms of calories burned) essentially the same, I'm being given higher numbers in the calorie allotments for each day. Can anyone tell me why that is?

Thanks!
