If you take the same supplements each time, you can use your nutrition tracker to set up a "food grouping". First, enter the information on each supplement (You can check the "Food search" to see if someone else has already entered the information).
After you have all of the supplements in your "Favorite Foods", click on "Food Groupings", then "Create a New Food Grouping", and follow the prompts.
I have a group set up for my Omega vitamins, Vit E, etc. You can edit the group if you change brands or decide to add or delete anything. One click to your food grouping will add it to your nutrition tracker. Hope this helps!

I can't find a way to add a multivitamin in my Nutrition section. There is a way to add individual nutrients, but that would take forever. Plus I take probiotics each day & would like to track that. If I could even track my medications, it'd be nice. The more I can do on this site, the less I'm trying to track elsewhere. Thanks for your help, everyone.
