You captured my feelings exactly. That why I feel it is a goal worth chasing. but never catching. If we every do then we know everything about health and fitness and eating right and are exercising to the extreme.
But if we are doing that hten we should on sparks people helping people and are sp points will be going up so we would not be even.....on and on

I am really working to get my exercise minutes minutes higher than my sparkpoints but it is tough. My sparkpoints outnumber my fitness minutes by 120 (+3 after I post this). If I exercise for 120 minutes to try to make up the difference I will end up earning 24 more points (because you get a point for every 5 min of cardio) plus I would probably finish off my water in those 2 hours (+5 more points). I would probably update my status saying that I am working out(+1 point) and might blog about my workout (+3 points). That would leave me still 36 minutes behind my sparkpoints. (sigh) The points just never end. I guess I will just keep chipping away.
