Ok, I'm not doing very well. Last week I was in Mexico, and this week I wasn't feeling 100% so I'm failing my own challenge :( I'll be back at it next episode, I'm confident! Was very sorry to see Mike go...

Okay, so I followed through, even though no one joined me :(

First hour - 25 crunches, 25 pushups and 12 shoulder presses (I did squats yesterday) - for four commercial breaks

Second hour - alternating biceps curls (12 each side) and 60 second wall sits with medicine ball - for three commercial breaks

Anyone here watching The Biggest Loser? The show has been two hours per episode, so I propose physical activity at every commercial break throughout the show. You in?

This week, I'm going to do 15-25 squats, 15-25 pushups and 15-25 crunches. Who's with me??!!
