Hey, folks...

How about a new challenge? On Monday, Memorial Day will be exactly fifteen weeks away... which is a great number. Maybe you have fifteen more pounds to lose (like me, LOL!)? Maybe you want to train for a 5k, and fifteen weeks is a good pace to train at... or maybe you have a sexy summer outfit you want to fit into by Memorial Day? I personally would love to be bikini-ready...
