I am in. I will try to walk during my lunch break and walk around alot at my part time job tonight. I need to get back on my eliptical machine and get into my summer and spring clothes.

I'm doing 30 mins of cardio on the stationary bike, and strength training 3 days a week. I also work as a Health Care Aid, and that can get quite physical at times. Definitely getting at least 10 mins a day!

I did a 45 min 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone. It was available on demand through my cable. It was fun, and a nice change for me. Added to the ridiculous shoveling I did today, I think I burned some serious calories.

Today, I'll do 30 minutes on my stationary bike (as I'm stuck at home due to the snow!) and add in abdominal crunches on a stability ball and then do abdominal crunches on the floor to work lower abs.
