I did really well with my eating and staying in my calorie range. However I did not get in exercise everyday so that was disappointing. I am going strong this week however so that's good!

Home DVD's are a great tool, I used them for years just because they are easy to fit in vs. having to go somewhere to exercise.

You know, they do say that 80% of weight loss is diet so you can probably still see results if you watch that closely. I wish that wasn't the case because that is definitely the hardest part for me!

Since I'm basically in building mode, I haven't done so well. I bought a couple cardio DVD's to have at home since I really can't do much otherwise being a single mom :)

This week I just want to focus on eating right again. Today I've done well so far!

How did you make out last week? Are you happy with your progress? What do you want to improve for this week?

As for me, it was a fun week last week ending with a really cool adventure race that I did yesterday when I jumped into a mud pit & slid down a huge slip & slide! Overall eating was ok, all my bad food was basically when I went out to eat over the weekend which isn't good but at least at a restaurant you do not have to worry that you'll continue to eat & eat, once it's done it's done. This week will be tough because it's a short work week for me (hooray!) & then a long weekend. Hoping to stay consistent with my workouts but at the same time not go overboard at the BBQ's this weekend.
