I did really well with my eating and staying in my calorie range. However I did not get in exercise everyday so that was disappointing. I am going strong this week however so that's good!

As for me, it was a fun week last week ending with a really cool adventure race that I did yesterday when I jumped into a mud pit & slid down a huge slip & slide! Overall eating was ok, all my bad food was basically when I went out to eat over the weekend which isn't good but at least at a restaurant you do not have to worry that you'll continue to eat & eat, once it's done it's done. This week will be tough because it's a short work week for me (hooray!) & then a long weekend. Hoping to stay consistent with my workouts but at the same time not go overboard at the BBQ's this weekend.
