I worked out all but 4 days in February. That's better than I did in January. I lost 7.6 pounds in February, for a total of 20.4 pounds for 2008. Not a lot...but moving in the right direction.

I missed my workout Saturday...that bed just felt too good. Worked out today, though!

It's a new month...how's the challenge going? Remember we are working out every day, either aerobics or strength training, your choice. I'm 3 for 3, so far.

I have to admit, I'm not doing well with the October push-up challenge. But I'm back in P'cola now and plan to do better...starting today! I do my push-ups on the kithen bar at my house...a modified wall push-up.

Well, you had to ask the all-important question! Is it making a difference? I wish I could say I've lost a few inches around the waist, but not so. I am getting stronger and they are getting easier to do...and I haven't gained any inches. I'm up to 2400 now and i'm planning to make up the day I missed before the end of the month. It's part of my daily routine now and I think it will be easy to keep it up.

Well, shoot ... I guess I missed out for this month. I haven't been in here in forever. But always interested in giving/getting support. So now that someone is back in charge, I'll be around. And way to go, Carol, 100 a day is nothing to sneeze at and 2100 is pretty terrific. Are you seeing a difference?

100 Crunches a day challenge: So far I've missed only one day this month. That means I've done 2100 crunches this month! Abs of steel...here I come!
