I don't want to lose 20 lbs, but I would like to lose 9 lbs in the 10 weeks. I'm in (halfway through the month)!!

Wow! It's already March! Anyone have a challenge idea? I'm challenging myself to keep going and keep doing the things that are working.
1. Exercise every day
2. Drink water water water every day
3. Track my calories on SP every day

December Challenge: I'm afraid it has to be the basics for me: Stick to the calorie plan EVERY day, 10-12 cups of water EVERY day; 30 minutes (at least) of aerobics EVERY day.

My workouts have been inconsistant since I got back from vacation. Only got 3 in this week. Hope to do better this week!

How're we doin? I'm trying to get in something everyday, but it's just not happening.

However, I have a goal to jog a mile without stopping by New Years. I can just about do it now, but in about three minute intervals.

In one of the challenge groups I'm in, we get points for 30 min of cardio or 4 strength exercises everyday. That way if someone can't get their cardio, they can still get something in and feel accomplished!

The October challenge is push-ups. I hate push-ups, but my friend JJ really wants to be able to "do them like a man". So, JJ, this challenge is for you. At the end of the month we'll all thank JJ for our great-looking upper arms! Do them however you want...wall push-ups, girl push-ups, man push-ups. Try to do 2 sets of 15. Post your progress in the "Challenge Results" thread.

My September challenge is already under way, but I'll post it anyway. I challenged myself to do 100 crunches per day during the month of September. Use a stability ball, bench, the floor, whatever works!
