The October challenge is push-ups. I hate push-ups, but my friend JJ really wants to be able to "do them like a man". So, JJ, this challenge is for you. At the end of the month we'll all thank JJ for our great-looking upper arms! Do them however you want...wall push-ups, girl push-ups, man push-ups. Try to do 2 sets of 15.
