I've been here long enough to know that food tracking is a KEY to success. You don't know exactly what you are eating unless you track it, and you can't out exercise bad eating.
I eat great during the week...but always blow it on the weekends. That works if I am solidly at my maintenance weight, but lately the scale has been creeping up a tiny bit every week.
I'm setting a goal to track my food today and tomorrow. One weekend...that's all. I can do it. Anyone care to join me?
