Summer is ending, school is back in session, routines are returning...
Do you have goals for the month of September? The holidays will be here before we know it. Let's work hard now so we look and feel great for all those special fun days ahead.
Halloween is a big one for me. We are going to Vegas...and I will be meeting up with my best sparkbuddy NVDONNA. We are still undecided about our costumes...but we will be two super hot babes in Vegas...you can BET on it! LOL!
My Goals: 1. Keep my weight within my maintenance range (125-135), which means sticking to my current food plan of careful eating during the week, and relaxing a bit on the weekends. 2. Circuit train with heavy weights 5 days a week. 3. Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
