I have to admit I'm terribly lazy on the weekends about working out. If the grands are here, we do a lot of rolling the floor, dancing and playing with them. I eat more on the weekends...so I SHOULD work out more.

Every weekend my husband and I have my stepdaughter. She is almost eight. We stay busy making sure she has a good weekend. Tonight we are going bowling since the weather is crappy. What are you doing to stay active today?

What type of workouts do you do on the weekend to stay active and not fall off the weightloss/ exercise wagon? Maybe you don't workout, perhaps you just find ways to stay active with your family. We would love to hear what you are up to!!!
