I had a good eating weekend...and they scale is very happy this week. I know this what I will need to do consistently after the holidays. The weekend eating is all that stands between me and a breakthrough on the scale.

I actually find it easier to exercise on weekends than on weekends. But when the weather is bad or I'm in a time crunch I make myself workout for just 10 minutes at a time 3 or more times per day.

Didn't exercise this weekend, but did enjoy walking up and down the Harbor Docks of Destin admiring the ships and seeing them fillet the fish they caught. So it was fun and a bit of walking is better than being a couch potato!

I have to admit I'm terribly lazy on the weekends about working out. If the grands are here, we do a lot of rolling the floor, dancing and playing with them. I eat more on the weekends...so I SHOULD work out more.

Every weekend my husband and I have my stepdaughter. She is almost eight. We stay busy making sure she has a good weekend. Tonight we are going bowling since the weather is crappy.
What are you doing to stay active today? emoticon emoticon

What type of workouts do you do on the weekend to stay active and not fall off the weightloss/ exercise wagon? Maybe you don't workout, perhaps you just find ways to stay active with your family.
We would love to hear what you are up to!!!
