The middle two weeks of July I spent traveling for my work. It's difficulty to maintain a healthy life style and travel, especially in the food preparation. At home I can plan my meals, measure my food and eat healthy but on the road I do my best to pick healthy menu items and I try to choose wisely. However, the sodium always gets me.

So far, I have maintained but no decreases. I am working from home next week so perhaps I can get August off to a great start.

End of week 1 and I managed to meet my goals. Cardio six days last week and strength training three days.

It was an easy week with the calorie in take because I spent the week working out of the house. This week will be a challenge. Although I usually weigh in on Tuesday(officially) this morning I was down to 235.8.

With you on the challenge...I'm shooting for 232. about five lbs for me.

1800 calories per day for me.

30 Minutes Cardio 5 days per week.

30 Minutes Strength training 3 days a week.

5 fruits and veggies per day.

Did you meet your June goals? Mine was to get below 130 pounds...and I did it...just barely, but I made it. I bought myself a very hawt Victoria Secret swimsuit!

Now on to July!

My goal for the month of July is to get to 125 pounds. Tall order.

If I accomplish this, I get "I lost 70 pounds" bragging rights.

In order to get there I will:
1. Work out a minimum of 30 minutes 3-4 days a week, in the morning before work. (Shooting for 500 fitness minutes)
2. Eat low carb, low fat, low sodium, 1200 calories M-Th and on Friday if my weigh in on Friday is not lower than the previous Friday.
3. Relax the eating plan slightly on Fri, Sat, and Sun, but still stick with low cfs and stay under 2000 calories.

My reward...hmmm...I'm sure it will be shopping again...I love to buy new clothes and shoes.
