I'm letting sparkpeople create my workout plan for now. But I can't believe the difference the ball makes w/ some of the exercises vs. the weight machines at the gym. When I realize and know how much impact my knee can take w/ some of these, I'll do more customizing on my workouts.
I am going to join in on this challenge, but because my abs have also gone to mush, which would leave a great imbalance if I neglected them, and becasue they recommend not doing the boot ball work out 2 days in a row, I plan to alternate the 5 minute boot ball workout with the 5 minute beginner abs workout that is also with the exercise ball. www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness _a rticles.asp?id=1176

I've started a streak of doing the 5 minute booty ball workout every day. I just started yesterday and I thought some of you might like to join me. I takes ony 5 minutes, but once you get the moves memorized, it takes much less time. I don't even use the video...I just pop on the foor with my stability ball and blast it out. If you don't have a ball, you can do it with your legs on a chair or sofa. You don't even need to be dressed in workout clothes! You can do it nekkid! How easy is that? LOL!
I did the workout toward the end of 2011...and I really noticed a difference in my booty...and boy was I sore! Try it!
