I need to do a weigh-in for the beginning of the year, but I worked the night shift this weekend, and I like to weigh after a good night's sleep. I will continue to work hard at practice three times per week and see how well I can incorporate those daily videos into things.

Thanks Heather! I am continuing what I started the end of 2011...a similar workout plan. I was not happy with the scale this morning, but I'm not worried about it cuz I know what to do and I know what works!

Why should I get a headache over trying to think of something new for the team, when Sparkpeople has already done it for me? I've done a few of SPs bootcamps. They are great! Here is the link to the January Jumpstart Challenge. I highly recommend it. Do this and track your food to stay within your calorie range most days and you will see results!
