So 2012 is upon us...and I am out of ideas to add some spark to this team. I am happy to post a new challenge, but it's hard to keep it going without team participation.
Any ideas from you guys? Anyone is welcome to post a new challenge under the challenges thread.
My goal for 2012 will be to continue my current workout plan which combines cardio with strength training (all posted in my recent blogs), start tracking my food again in January, and keep pressing toward keeping my weight under 135, and eventually under 130.
Are you working on goals for 2012? Any special trips/events/milestones you are planning that motivate you? We may go to Key West at the end of January, and we are renting a condo on Pcola beach in May, then possibly Vegas in the Fall. That's a lot of swimsuit time and it will keep me on track!
