Anyone care to join me in a weekend warrior challenge? Weekends are my hardest...and I'm bad about undoing the whole week's hard work in those two glorious days, Saturday and Sunday...with a little help from good ol' Friday night. I suspect many of you do the same thing.
Here's the challenge: 1. Food tracking (as best you can) through the weekend. Try to stay within your calorie range at least one of the two days, but track both days. 2. At least one cardio session on Saturday or Sunday (your choice as to what or how long...anything counts) 3. Don't let the water intake slack off...get those 8 cups minimum!
Easy peasy! We can do it! And I'll bet we'll see progress on the scale!
That's it! Let's see if we can beat the weekend!
