I've been so inconsistent...not like me at all. After next week my work stress should ease up.

How about this...a challenge to work out 210 minutes a week. That averages out to 30 minutes per day, but you can divide the minutes throughout the week any way you like. The exercise can be cardio, weights, whatever...as long as there is movement. We'll do it for one month...the month of April.

Will this work?

SInce I just joined the team, any old challenge would work for me. Since I'm an exercise slug, starting with exercise daily would be one.

I'm out of ideas to get people motivated...including myself. Anyone wanna start a challenge...lead a challenge?
