My net weight loss for this challenge was 1 pound. My weight has been all over the place. But I will never give up...just keep on trying. I need ideas for a new challenge. I know the team has grown stale...there is very little participation. I'm guilty of being absent. I blame it on the summer and just not spending as much time on the computer. When I am here, I make tracking my priority. I am working out and sticking with this...hope all of you are too.

142...lost 1 pound this week.

Cruise weight is coming off, but I will be faced with dining out every night this week on a business trip. I'm gonna work out every day and try to make good food choices. I will hit it hard again the minute I get home.

I'm in...starting weight is 145 too. I seem to be stuck here but I will happily keep on trying to spark my way to a lower weight. Challenges keep me honest.

So far it's me, DOTTIEH and PURAVIDAUS. If you want to join this challenge...send me your starting weight. I will keep up with weekly weigh-ins in an excel file and post updates on this thread.

Come on guys...it's just 5 weeks. Let's do this!
