I think I can top that (as if I will "win")...not only has my eating not been stellar, I can't really exercise this week. I fell down the stairs on Easter at my B-I-Ls house. I am bruised and sore from the waist down. I am moving pretty well but I don't feel like I can hold up to exercise at this point.
wah, wah, wah but that's my excuse.
Carol, I know you might be going over your calories but have you increased your ST or other exercise? I bet you have and I bet that has made you hungrier.
