I've set a goal to track my food this weekend and at least maintain. That's what keeps me from losing. I do great during the week...then undo all my progress on the weekend. I won't lose 6 pounds by the cruise...but I am hoping for 4 pounds. I made it through Friday night...just gotta get through Saturday and Sunday.
Today's weight was 137.2 Goal by May 15th - 133.2 or lower.

I have lost 6.6 since 4/4/10. I am hoping to lose at least 5 more pounds by the time my sisters come down for our dad's 80th the first week of June. I just am praying I do not have a melt down and ruin it. I do that sometimes.

Hi Carol, Should I not mention I have lost 5.2 pounds since the 3rd? I am finally under 200 for the first time since 1998 which I did not stay there long then. Before that is was about 21 yrs ago and only last a afew months. I am pulling for you. Good luck. Ruthie
I think I can top that (as if I will "win")...not only has my eating not been stellar, I can't really exercise this week. I fell down the stairs on Easter at my B-I-Ls house. I am bruised and sore from the waist down. I am moving pretty well but I don't feel like I can hold up to exercise at this point. wah, wah, wah but that's my excuse.
Carol, I know you might be going over your calories but have you increased your ST or other exercise? I bet you have and I bet that has made you hungrier.
