That's our team fitness minutes for April...we're slacking off a bit team. Remember, this is a lifestyle change. If we want to see results, we have to keep up the good habits. Don't give up. Even if the scale doesn't go down, you are still doing your body a favor by exercising. Look for the May fitness minute post!

WOW !!!! That is great. I promise to start logging in my fitness. I am doing really well, just can't seem to find the time to sit down at the computer here lately and get it all in. Lost 6.5 lbs with the Biggest Loser at work this month. Now I am at 169, broke that 170 hurdle. Just gotta keep it up. Walked 5.75 miles today around my neighborhood. What a beautiful morning it was, just did not want to stop. Come on team let's make it to #1 in Florida for April. I will do my part.
