I did not lose any weight this month, but I didn't gain either. Maintaining is never a bad thing.

Hope everyone is doing well! I think I can finally say I am fully recovered from sickness (yay!), which I thought I had the other day, but then some issues cropped up. I haven't worked out in weeks :( but I plan to this afternoon. I know the weather is supposed to be terrible, but I can go get on the treadmill. Courtney, good luck with yours on a stormy day like today is supposed to be!

I have a total of six pounds I need to lose before April 5 (when I leave on vacation!!)

How's the first week going? I hit all my goals...and didn't lose a dang thing! Some weeks it's like that. Just gotta keep on and keep believin' the hard work will pay off.

I'll be going for 4 pounds by the 26th, which is when my bachelorette trip starts. :) I'm going to have to work really hard starting TODAY!

March MADness is a good slogan. My goal is to lose 4# this month as well with a combination of consistent exercise and decent food choices.
