OK team we are halfway through this month and at...

I'm hitting all my workouts this week, even though I am super sore from bowling on Saturday...well, on my right side anyway. I gotta figure out what to do on Saturday. I'm in the Mardi Gras parade...gotta figure out how to get a workout in. I am sure I will be super tired when I get home.

Just decide how many minutes you want to do each week and post a goal for the month. Then track your minutes in the fitness tracker.

At the top of the team page you can click on either "SEE TEAM LEADERS" or SEE CATEGORY LEADERS" to see where our team ranks or where you rank in both sparkpoints earned and fitness minutes.

Our little team was second in overall fitness minutes in January. The only team that beat us is the Florida official team, which has tons of members. That's pretty amazing! Thanks to all of you who posted minutes.

Set your fitness minutes goal for February...mine is 250 minutes per week...1000 for the month.

Let's not let those other Florida teams take the lead away from us!
