Finally the scale moved...I lost 1.9 pounds for the month...and ALL in the last week.

Bummer that your weight is stuck, Carol. I haven't lost either, but I haven't really been following the program. My main thing right now is to keep coming back here and not completely get out of control. I have to keep trying!

Goals:
Log food 7/7 days
Work out 6/7 days
Post in Community 6/7 days

How's everyone doing? My weight is still stuck, but I'm not throwing in the towel. One more week of february and I am going to give it my best shot!

I'm going to aim for 7 pounds this month. I'll take more if I can get it, though!! I'm also going to aim for 750 minutes again. I almost made it last month, even with returning to school!

My #1 goal for February is 400 fitness minutes! I think if I can do that, I will probably lose about 4-5 pounds. I am really busy with my teaching job and wedding planning right now, so finding the minutes is tough!

Goals:
Log food 7/7 days
Work out 6/7 days
Post in Community 6/7 days

Well, I just changed mine from goal weight to actual weight. I didn't change anything. But I would like to lose 10 lbs this month, so I am not going to change it. :) I am in a weight loss competition at work, so I am working extra hard. (not just because of the competition)
