We met and surpassed our 15,000 fitness minute goal for January! Way to go team!

I'M IN FOR 250-WEEK
You know I have a hard time getting to the mall at 8 AM but someday I will. You are walking January 9?
I wonder if we can walk at the NAS museum. I'll ask them next time I'm in there.

Excellent guys! We'll be walking at Cordova Mall next Saturday morning. I will walk for 90 minutes, but you can come and do as much as you like!

Have you set your cardio minutes goals for Janaury? Mine is 1000 minutes, 250 minutes per week.

I'm keeping the team goal at 15,000. Hoping there will be lots more activity this month!
