Well I did a little better than last month (1336), but I still missed my goal (1500).

I plan to set the same goal for December.

Maintaining 60 pounds lost with Sparkpeople for 5.5 years!

October was a sad fitness minute month for me...only a little over 1100 minutes. My goal for November is 1500 minutes.

As a team, we are 3rd in the state of Florida, which ain't too shabby!

Look at how you did in October and set a reasonable goal for November.
