Nancy...my 6 pounds has ballooned to 10 pounds. How does that happen so quickly??? Dang birthdays!!!
I think I will stick to what we have been doing, since the active membership on this team is so small. Challenge yourself to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Pick a day to weigh in and post your progress here.
Here's something new...
Give yourself a point per day for meeting these 3 goals:
1. Fitness (either cardio or strength training)
2. Staying within your calorie range
3. Drinking at least 8 cups of water
If you do all three, your score is 3. If you do 2, that's 2 points, and 1 is one point. Keep up with your total score in this thread. Let's see if this helps us see results. We'll think of something special to do for the Pensacola Sparker with the most points at the end of August.
