I've used it a little bit for walks, but I have a bike odometer that I use for that. It's a cool new feature, but could use a few improvements....

Heather, are you using the SP fitness map to determine how far you are riding? It looks like a cool feature but I haven't heard of anyone using it that I know.

emoticon 10.35 miles on the bike today! Went down a MONSTER hill and ended up topping out at 25.5mph!!! It was so steep I couldn't ride up; I had to walk my bike.

I am whipped...

I might start doing that too once I get better prepared for running. Presently, I feel like running isn't good for my joints, and want to shed a few more before I start training.

I bet that's a lot of fun!!!

I didn't do as well as I had hoped...I did walk outside for a bit this morning after I finished a 4-miler on the treadmill.

I sat on my front porch a lot...does that count????

Two days in a row outside - five mile walk yesterday and 3 mile bike ride outside. I'll probably spend a little time on the stationery to get a little more work in, too.

I love the current weather. Too bad it'll be BLAZING hot soon! emoticon

DH and I had a GREAT bike ride this afternoon - 7.5 miles in the neighborhoods nearby. emoticon

Hey folks! Since we're already halfway through April, I thought I'd issue a emoticon Spring emoticon exercise challenge for the rest of this month and May.

I challenge everyone to vary their workout routine by doing exercises OUTSIDE at least once a week. It's been so beautiful lately, and it's not CRAZY hot yet, so let's take advantage of this wonderful Florida weather!!
