Well, I bunny hopped my way UP 5 pounds. I am having such a hard time being consistent. All I can do is keep trying. I feel so much better when I am in the lower 130s, instead of the upper 130s. It just confirms that this is a journey that doesn't end, we have to always be on our game!

Any ideas for a new challenge?

Weigh in time! I made it down 3.7lbs. Not exactly what I wanted, but a loss is a loss.

I guess it is a little late for me to join an Easter challenge but I have got to get back on track. I am exercising but not quite as much as I should. I have been stress snacking and I know better--it has not been mindless just defiant. I am REALLY looking forward to our walk next week! Better not even think about raining....

OK...so I let the wedding and family visiting be an excuse, and I gained 2 pounds this week. But now it is time to let it all go and move on. Carol is back on track and feeling good!

Rita, I can definitely relate. I fell off the wagon last year about this time because I stayed at the same weight for nearly six months! I'm glad to see you have a good spirit about it!! I didn't, and ended up suffering because of it.

I'm going to nominate myself for the "helicopter" award ... I've been "hovering" at the same weight since January! I'm definitely in on the challenge ... I seriously need to jump start my weight loss.

Great suggestions! I have fallen in love with Emerald chocolate almonds...the come in larger packs, but I try to get the 100 calorie packs. Target is the only place I have found them.

I didn't lose any weight this week. I fear that will be the way it goes for me until the wedding is over.

I like the South Beach dark chocolate covered soy nuts - they come in 90 calorie packs. Great for a quick choco fix!

Hey Carol...speaking of goodies I was just at Winn Dixie the other day and they had buy one get one free South Beach Diet 100 calorie pack cookies. They had two flavors, Dark Chocolate Chunk and Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk. You get about 5 little cookies in each pack. I haven't tried the oatmeal yet but the Dark Chocolate Chunk ones are really, really good. Satisfies that craving for something sweet.

Weight Watchers does have a lot of great foods. I just love the fudge bars and latte bars!

And their cheeses are way lower in sodium than regular cheeses.

You don't have to give up chocolate. You can have
a weight watcher chocolate mousse candy for about
35-40 calories for 1 piece. Not bad, huh!!!

No kidding, right? And I am a HUGE sucker for those Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs that are like 200 calories each!

We should try to eat like a bunny too this month!! emoticon I'm actually aiming for 7 pounds!
