I did the 10min BootCamp day 1 Cardio on Tuesday and Thursday and the Jump start cardio on Saturday. That Jump start one is HARD. I did move through the whole thing, but I couldn't jump the whole time. I'll have to work up to doing that one.

Ok, I'm game. There are several 10min videos on youtube to choose from. At the end of the week I'll post which ones I did and on what day.

We don't have room to add anymore team goals, but I would like to issue an exercise challenge in place of that.

The goal is to do one of the SP Fitness Videos three times per week for the entire month of March.
