Do you know that you deserve to love yourself? Do you realize that you are worth a fit, healthy body?
This challenge is two-fold.
First, it's a challenge for each of us to love and accept ourselves, regardless of past failures and shortcomings. Every time you've tried to lose weight and fell short of your goals, you might see the effort as a total waste of time, a failure. But every "failure" is a learning experience...an opportunity to grow and learn from past mistakes. So the challenge here is to get up every morning, look at yourself in the mirror and say, "I'm worth it and I deserve a healthy, fit body." Then put action to those words. Set goals that are SMART...Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable and Time-oriented. There is a great blog on Sparker CJROMB's page if you want a better explaination of SMART goals. Go read it. I'll be posting my SMART goals on my page.
Second, it's a lose 12 pounds by Valentine's Day Challenge. That gives us exactly six weeks from this Saturday. Two pounds a week is very doable.
I hope you will join me in this challenge. I'm also going to send this out in a sparkmail to the team to be certain it reaches everyone.
I appreciate those of you who have stuck with the team...and if you've slipped away, this is a good time to come back.
