I forgat to check yesterday to see how we did with fitness minutes logged, but i'm sure we more than met our 5000 minute goal. I will set for goal for February at 7500.

Suzanna,

Log your minutes either through "quick track" on your start page, or on your my "fitness page." Both of these are under "my tools".

I can't tell if you log them correctly or not. Look at your fitness points earned for the month on your start page. That should tell you if they are adding up or not. Also, your sparkpoints will add up as you track your fitness minutes.

Count me in. Would you be able to let me know if I am logging incorrectly? My goal each week is 300 minutes. I think I am tracking it correctly for this challenge but not sure.

If I walk on the beach does that count? It's not always a "brisk" walk, but the sand offers some resistance. If so, then I can go back a few days and put in some walking minutes. I'm also trying to use my treadmill more ofter.

Carol - I'll do my best to track my minutes in the fitness tracker! Currently, I don't keep up with it very well, but I'll do better!

Last month we did a little over 4000 minutes. Let's set our goal for January at 5000 minutes. Be sure to track your minutes in your fitness tracker so we get credit. Let me know if you are not sure how to do it.
