Log your minutes either through "quick track" on your start page, or on your my "fitness page." Both of these are under "my tools".
I can't tell if you log them correctly or not. Look at your fitness points earned for the month on your start page. That should tell you if they are adding up or not. Also, your sparkpoints will add up as you track your fitness minutes.
