I don't feel very good about how I did this month...I weighed 140.8 this morning. That's a loss of about 3 pounds for the month...but still 10 pounds more than where I was before I went on vacation. So...not good. I'll be posting another challenge for December some time this afternoon...I gotta think about it.

I am maintaining. But to be honest, I have not been consistent. I am splurging a bit too much especially on the weekends and also I am not exercising as much as I was or should be. I can't let this continue or I am headed for trouble.

I seem to bae able to come up with lots of excuses. It's been easy to keep exercising, probably because I never stopped over my vacation. Getting my eating back under control is another story. I do great during the week, then blow it on the weekend. I didn't lose this week. How about you guys? How's it going???

I'm half way to getting my vacation weight gain off...the second half will be harder, but I'm gonna do it. No excuses!

I know this may sound silly, but I post these challenges on my page along with my weekly weights. Then I can look back and see my success, large or small. It reminds me that I can do it.

Ok friends, I'm still in Vegas, but it's time for a new month and a new challenge. No more excuses...let's lose 5 pounds together! Work out at least 30 minutes 3 times a week, drink at least 8 cups of water a day, and stay within your recommended calorie range. This formula has worked for me and it will work for you, too.
