I always forget to check our exercise minutes at the end of the month, but we continue to average about 5000 minutes per month. Go Pensacola!

Well, I got started late in the month, but I've been making up for it. In the last two weeks I've tracked 512 minutes, 155 this week already!!

I forgot to check on how we did for January, but it must have been around 4500 minutes based on the Feb minutes so far and our team total.

I would get together to walk/jog.

How did we do in January? I know I was bad. Maybe March will be a good time to get energized!

Anyone interested in a Pcola walking/jogging group that meets sometimes? Could be a good motivator for all of us!!

Yes we should! I'm not sure where to set it since we only have a few active members on this team (maybe they'll start coming back since the holidays are done). I thought we'd see what we do for January, then raise the bar for February and each month thereafter.

I've set my personal goal, for now, at 11,000 minutes for the year. If I get into a really good routine, I might even bump that up.

You'll be hearing more about SparkAmerica. This is a new challenge for 2008 from SparkPeople. The goal is to post a billion minutes of exercise in 2008. As we log our minutes, the web page will keep up with our team's totals (See the new information at the top of the team page). As we see how we are doing as a team, we'll set goals to do more.
