Went out this morning and rode 20 minutes approximately 5 miles! This probably doesn't seem like much but it is huge for me. There are numerous hills in my area (in my five miles I had six fairly steep hills). I really stink at hills and become winded and just want to get off my bike. Today I did all six, no stops and really coached myself through. Average speed was 10 mph. Not bad! Very proud today
