You go girl!!! I'm with you though in the ewwww.... This fall has been terrible. I am an open mouth breather and have struggled to breathe closed mouth. What I have found is the bugs are worse in moist areas. So, for me, I head to the highway and back roads and avoid the river area. It helps! I even had a big bug hit my sunglasses so hard that he became dried bug guts by the time I got home. Gross!

OK....I've gotten used to only having my mouth open a small bit as I'm riding....now I only inhale the smaller bugs that get in my way.....
BUT....when I rode home on Tuesday and stopped I was covered!!!
I could hear the bugs hitting my helmet....ewwwww.
It's colder here...everything is moving slower (including myself) and for whatever reason I seem to be cycling through slow pokey bugs that make a "thwack" sound when they hit my helmet!
....but I'm still riding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
