Got out early this morning, before it got to hot! Finished my 34 mile ride before 11:30!
Do not look where you fell, but where you slipped.
I did it I did it! took my biycle out side the other day and rode it. went .9 miles, I was sweating like a horse but I did it. My knees feel fine.
To go where no woman has gone before!!
I do like the idea of daily accountability or at least as often as I can get on the internet. I won't have it at the new house until 1/6. I am typing from Lanstuhl Regional Medical Center in Lanstuhl, Germany while it snows outside. We had to pick up meds for hubby today.
My exercise will be moving boxes up and downstairs for the next week of unpacking plans.
Merry Christmas fellows cyclings friends!
And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father. Colossians 3:17

Thanks, Annie! I actually did think of this as being a thread for daily quick replies. I know everyone is so busy this time of year that this may not see much use to start. I realized this morning that I had never picked up something for my nephew stationed in Arizona. So thank goodness for Amazon! Did you know you can even give gift certificates to Facebook connections? I may never shop in a store again! Hope everyone has a great day!

Phoenix had a great idea of adding a thread for daily check ins.. it's a place to check in daily or as often as fits your life.. and just say what's on your mind.. the intent is to give another venue to get to know each other better..
So start your topic for the daily check in... and GO RIDE!!
**There will be a day when I can no longer do this. Today is not that day.
**The only person who can beat me is me...and I'm pretty sure I can take her.
