Okay... there are only a few days left in May, but why not challenge ourselves for this last week, so it can help us to stay strong and get through the memorial day weekend which tempts us with BBQs, alcohol and relaxation.
INSTEAD - let's challenge ourselves to keep our goal in mind over this upcoming long weekend.
Add in extra activity. Enjoy your picnics and BBQs with your family and friends but find healthier options - or bring your own if you are worried there won't be healthy choices for you.
