I've been doing physical therapy for weeks now for a frozen shoulder after an injury to it. They exercise were so good I started doing them on the other arm and I now have definition in both arms. I spend 40 minutes a day doing them.....pain in the you know what time-wise....but so worth it! It's making a real difference! My shoulder feels great, my arms look great in those sleeveless summer shirts, I'm getting strong.....and I'm racking up Spark Points! I also walk but not as much as I'd like to. But yesterday I bought new running shoes.....not that I'm a runner but they feel better than "walking" shoes to me. I plan on using them! The weather went from stinkin' hot to wonderfully pleasant! So, I'll be walking in-between the rain clouds!!!! Have a marvelous day! Kristi~
