130 gone and 40-50 left to lose. I want to complete this journey and stop losing and gaining the twenty pounds I have been fighting with for the last year! Best weigh in was 184ish ... now I'm back up to 205ish.... need to nip it while I can! I'm here to win! This is lifetime achievement and I want to look in the mirror and smile at myself. I want to wear anything I like and shop in any store! I want to be healthy and be able to stay active for a very long time!

You will do it you're in the right place. I am 5 foot 3 inchs at about 375 lbs. I measure around my belly over 5 feet. an extra weight just getting into my ca and I am so out of and I am so out of breath. I actually have to SitBack and catch my breath before I start to drive just moving around is very tiresome. is just impossible at is just impossible at times. I just get so out of breath lugging this weight around. You know here at sparkpeople we will both do it.

5 K race on sat 49 min and running this old overweight grandma is tuff. I want to get a better time and not let 70 year olds pass me.

i am really sick and tired of being sick and tired i want to be healthy enough to really enjoy my 5 grandkids and to enjoy life instead of just muddling through it this time quitting is not a choice i want to make

I'm tried of the rubbing of my thighs, the in ability to wear my clothes, and mainly the fat on my belly that hangs when I sit. Its just too much. I just gotta get to the point where its all second nature. I am on this roller coaster and need off.
I need some support. Need to lose 40-50 pounds.
