We did helen on Monday, I did it in 12:44 SC- it was brutal for sure! Oh and during our class only it was POURING outside, the 3 of us that braved it could barely see in front of us.

I also had ran 12.04 miles 2 hours prior to Crossfit...

Helen was our Monday workout. I finished in 16:57. Pull ups were scaled with a green band. This was my first try at Helen. Next time we do this, I'm hoping to move to the next band level.
