Ok, I really thought I would be able to be active once things calmed down for me- sadly things are not calming down and there does not seem to be an end in sight right now. If there is anyone who would like to take over as leader that would be great as I feel terrible for neglecting the team, otherwise I am more than happy to give out my email for specific questions and concerns as it is much easier than checking the team page daily.

Hi,
I go to CrossFit Untamed in Vancouver, Wa. I go at least 3 days a week. I have been doing crossfit for a year on and off. Had some surgeries that held me back. I have had alot of personal records and would love to help out the team. Just let me know what I can do... Thanks emoticon
